With the increasing number of expatriates we are privileged to assist, the demands on our support services are also growing. We are therefore seeking support in the areas of internal processes, coordination, and customer contact.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting clients during and after the company formation process
- Coordination between customers, internal teams, and partners
- Answering questions about visas, incorporation, and follow-up processes
- Ensuring smooth operations
What you bring to the table
- Structured approach and strong service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in customer contact or project management
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- UAE driver's license preferred
